Treat crystal jewelry with care, to keep it from distorting, bending, or becoming damaged, always handle with care. Do NOT wear while playing sports, swimming, showering/bathing, or sleeping. 

Pure copper and silver wire jewelry will darken over time. To slow down the natural process and keep it bright and shiny, it is important to keep your pendant dry and away from household/chemical cleaners, lotions, essential oils, perfumes, or any product that may distort the finish.

It is best to store your jewelry in a plastic bag away from sunlight and humidity.

You can also use a polishing cloth on your pendant to keep it looking bright and shiny!

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. If I am away I will connect you directly to provide information on when your item will ship.  As I am only one person behind Minds and Minerals, there is always the chance of packages being shipped out a day or two late due to different circumstances.

I do not accept cancelations, or refunds. If a piece arrives to you broken or damaged in any way please contact me and we will get it figured out!

Once a package has been dropped off at the post office it is no longer my responsibility and now the responsibility of the carrier - If your package gets lost in the mail, I will not be able to refund you but I will help out in finding a resolution. 

Please make sure that all addresses are typed in correctly and there are no spelling errors. If you realize something is wrong please connect me immediately via social media or email and I will correct it before it gets shipped out. 

I do not take returns or exchanges based on wrong sizing or a change of heart/mind. Please make sure your are reading the descriptions thoroughly and understand the sizing. All listings include size and measurements so please make sure you know yours before placing an order.

If however you are dissatisfied with your order please connect me directly through social media or email and we can further discuss the issue. My number one priority is customer satisfaction, so I am more than willing to find a solution and get you a unique piece you are happy with and love.

I do take custom orders for pendants, rings, and bracelets. Please provide at minimum 3 months notice to ensure all stones can be ordered and piece can be made and shipped in time.

The best way to order a custom is through email - with you name, address, and time frame and what you are looking for clearly stated and we can go from there on creating you a beautiful custom piece(s)

Every custom order REQUIRES a 15% down payment via Venmo or Zelle that will be deducted from the final cost. If during this process you decide that you no longer want to go through with the custom you will NOT be refunded the down payment.
